By using this website, booking a trip, or accessing any services through Your Future Travels, LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and participation in our travel offerings. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Website You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of this website by any third party. All content provided on this website is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property All content, design, graphics, logos, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Your Future Travels, LLC, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written consent.

Booking and Payment Trip bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Payment plans may be available, and balances must be paid in full by the specified due date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Cancellation and Refunds All deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation terms are listed on each trip’s specific booking page. We strongly encourage all clients to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.

Third-Party Vendors Your Future Travels, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and local tour operators. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any third-party providers.

Assumption of Risk By booking and participating in our trips, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including but not limited to illness, injury, or unexpected changes due to weather or global events.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Future Travels, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or travel services.

Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Travel Booking Agreement

By confirming a booking and submitting payment through Your Future Travels, LLC, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the following Travel Booking Agreement terms. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, clear, and positive travel experience.

Booking Confirmation Your spot on any trip is not guaranteed until the required deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing by Your Future Travels, LLC. Final payment deadlines are listed on each trip page.

Payment Schedule Clients who choose to pay via a payment plan must adhere to the schedule provided at booking. Missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellations & Changes All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds (if any) are governed by the specific cancellation policy associated with each trip. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will receive a refund or trip credit.

Travel Insurance Requirement Travel insurance is required for all participants. Your policy should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. Proof of coverage may be required before departure.

Health and Safety Participants must disclose any health conditions or mobility issues at booking. Your Future Travels, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee accessibility at all destinations.

Passports & Visas Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid for international travel. This includes passports (valid at least 6 months beyond travel dates), visas, vaccinations, or any entry requirements.

Roommate Matching If you request a roommate and one is not available, you may be subject to a single supplement fee. We will do our best to match you based on personality and preferences provided in your roommate form, but compatibility is not guaranteed.

Behavioral Expectations Respectful conduct is required at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip at the discretion of the group leader, with no refund provided.

Media Release By participating in our trips, you grant Your Future Travels, LLC permission to use any photos or video taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to departure.

Liability Release You agree to release and hold harmless Your Future Travels, LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages, or losses during your trip participation, unless caused by gross negligence.

Your Future Travels, LLC reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of these terms at any time with proper notice.
